新手一問(同軸/光纖)

小弟依家用PC 聽歌睇戲多.DEVICE係SOUNDCARD用ASUS XONAR D2/PM 出MONSTER光纖去隻PIONEER DIR2000C HEADPHONE.PC出DD/DTS 5.1睇戲同打XBOX效果都算唔錯.但係聽歌真係麻麻地...出STEREO (PCM) 既 SOUNDSTAGE出奇地窄(感覺比用入耳的UE 5PRO還要差),沒有空間感.請問改用同軸作MEDIA會否用改善.THANKS

ASUS use alot of high end components which is for analog conversion use.

Try to use Analog out to your headphone / preamp and compare with Digital out.

Can you post a close up to that sound card, I want to see what SPDIF transmitter is using.

Or, you can reconstruct the digital signal (IIS to SPDIF) by another dedicated SPDIF transmitter IC.

I just found a review of Xonar with close up photo.

I have tried using brandless RCA-3.5mm cable analog for connection, I found the sound become warmer and less digitalized feel, but the resolution was dropped a little bit. It should be caused the poor quality of my brandless cable
Now i am deciding to buy an Coaxial cable for multi-prupose or buy a high quality   RCA for playing music by analog.:roll:
