How good is your after-sales service?  I bought a tube preamp from you a few months ago and called within 14 days reporting noise and hum problem.  You refused to look into it.

Please clarify which preamp you bought?

The single input / output preamp using 4 GE 5654 tubes and 'el cheapo', penny-size volume control.  The tubes are mixed - 3 labelled 5654 but without the GE logo and 1 6AK5, also without any logo.

5654=6AK5.  You can use Beijing 6J1 I gave you at free to replace the 4 tubes if you think they are not good.  I think no problem at the preamp at $500.

What about the hum and noise?  My point is: you claimed to have sold the preamp with GE tubes.  I cannot believe those unlabelled tubes are GE.

These 5654 tubes are different with Beijing 6J1 I gave you.  They are not China made tubes.  You have 8 tubes.  You can buy WE, Mullard, Valvo tubes to replace them if you think not good.  I can offered those at $500 preamp.

You still don't get it.  You claimed to sell the preamp with GE tubes but I didn't get the GE tubes.  Do you know what 'Truth in advertising' or 'Misrepresentation' mean?

This commercial seller seems to have disappeared from the local hifi market altogether.  The above exchange may explain why.  Similar comments about his business ethics have also appeared in another website (Rxxxxx33). Again, no more listings by him there either.
