How good is your after-sales service?
A few months ago I bought a tube preamp from you and reported within 15 days the following problems: tubes are mixed, non-branded, volume control was loose, noise and hum.  You refused to look into it.

Please clarify which preamp you bought?

The single input/ output, supposedly GE 5654 preamp carrying the Twins Serenade label.  The 4 tubes inside were found to be 3 5654 without the GE logo, and 1 6AK5, also without logo.  The volume control was loose, an 'el cheapo' penny-sized unit. The hum, electrical vibration noise was unbearable.  I had to ask for help from the Fever Forum to get rid of it, though still not entirely.

Also discovered through the Forum that others that bought your products also had the same problem of noise and hum.

5654=6AK5.  They are without brand names, but surely are GE.
For hum noise, the preamp may not match your power amp if it is solid state power amp.  I used the preamp with my single-end tube power amp, hum noise is very low.

I've tried both tube and solid-state power amps.  It's not a matter of matching.  The DIY guys at the Forum pointed out that it was circuit grounding in the preamp itself.
I cannot believe the unlabelled tubes are GE.

How many of the above listed parts have actually been put into this int. amp you are trying to sell?

I bought 40 pcs this kind of 5654 from seller who said they are unlabelled GE tubes.
100%, can check one by one.

Don't know whether you feel you been doped by this GE tube seller, but I feel I've been had.

Particularly when we traded in a MTR station with no means of verifying the authenticity of your claims.
