Requirement :
50 people or above.
1. Rebuild the full alum chassics.
Size = 430mm x 75mm x 350mm, all mounting hole will be pre-drilling.
People just do a simple assemble like DIY PC.
DVD-ROM is center mount, HDD is hidden by alum panel.
Alot of logo will be silk screen on panel.
(DDM?, DT?, HDM?,TH?,Blu-Ra?, etc)
2. One HDD is mount in chassics inside. (for TV recording)
3. One HDD is mount in "Removable mount"
4. Build in Slot-in DVD ROM
5. Build in 4 in 1 card reader.
6. USB terminal in the rear.
7. LAN, HDMI, S/PDIF (Optical, Coaxial) will be keep.
8. YUV, 5.1, 2.0 output will be remove.
9. Rebuild the SMPS power supply for HDD, DVDROM use.
10. Partition of each block to reduce interference.
11. Adding R-CORE with LT1085 super regulator for Main board 5V only. (no need 12V)
12. Full modification Sanyo OS-Con and Rubycon MBZ capacitor.
13. Advance cooling system. (Target system temperature < 35'C)
14. Builiding advance 7.1 analog output (similar as Pioneer 91)
All 8 channel will have upsampling to 24bit / 192KHz by TI SRC4192
DAC use PCM1794A.
Target course fee < $2,400 (not include item 14, not include DVD-ROM)
