can i change fr 5.6uf 100v to 5.6uf 400v , of if i do it ,  the desige of circuit will change ? the performance of speaker will increase ?
any other parts can change ? pls give some information

change 5.6uf/100v to 5.6uf/400v is ok... basically/generally the uf should be same, the voltage can be equal or higher. But higher voltage more expensive loh!
different brand of cap give different sound characteristic, hope other expert ihere can help u on this.

Unless u wish to change the high pass & low pass filter figure then u can change the uF value (mean u know to calculate n had experience to select a better cut off frequency than teh manufacturer)

Other thing can be change is the resistor if u wish to replace a better quality. In this case the resistant should be same, the power can be equal or larger.

it's depend on your budget, u can change a good quality coil as well...
