problem of PHILIP TDA7073BP call help.

I have cd-e3 adn changed some caps. as result , it found that cannot reading. I also changed the leaser head, but no changed. I think that the 3 piesce of contral IC PHILIP TDA7073bp were out of order.

Anyone can tell me where can I buy the IC PHILIP TDA7073BP in Hong Kong.
