I/V conversion (Some DAC is current out)
Mixing (some DAC is differential out, use it to convert to single)
Buffer
DC Servo  (SCD-1, CDP-XA series)

How about the Opamp functions on Mhzs CD33

KK Sir,
MY Sony CD is also uses 2604 in analog out, Last time , you suggest me to replace by BB's opa2604. If 627 is better than 2604, can I replace it by 627?

Dear Mr.Why,

OPA2604 --> Dual Channel Opamp
OPA627 --> Single channel Opamp

if using OPA627 for replacement, you need to add a 1-to-2 socket over the OPA2604 location.

Hi Dualxeon,

I miss too many adapter issue.
Reason:
Due to the lower layer soldering easy to break down the PCB use 1 additional adapter for protection. The converter single OPAMP to dual OPAMP is use for testing  which combination suitabe for me, the last adapter is due to buy 2nd hand.

I brought the OPAMP in Kwun Tong & SSP.

Suggest bring you PCB Broad to Kwun Tong Mr Chan will give you some advise to change adapter for you,his is very kind and service charge is reasonable.

Last month, I went to Kaiwun to buy OPA2604, but the sale gave me OPa604, he told me to returen it to change. But I find that the OPA2604 in My Sony CDP is tiny. only3-4mm X6-7MM. Are all OPA2604 same size?

After getting your valueable comment, I do the change on the unaccepted adapter.

Remark : due to my soldering skill not so well, the contact point on the PCB near break down when I fo the replacement, good luck for me it still work.

Beside the new adapter, all the Capd had change on the output board.
most are OS-CON, ELNA, & Black Gate.
Now waiting for 200 hrs run in.

My Shanling CD300 have one OPA2604AP  and two opa627AP each channel, I think that OPA627AP are for XLR output, and OPA2604 for RCA output, Is it right?

some question on this CD player, the original TUBE is what no.? is it 6N3? but i tot 6N3 only can replace by 2C51, WE396A or GE5670? i confused liao :?

My CD PLayer is model CD 66 the original TUBE shall be 12AX7.

最近升級套前後級D膽和拿反D舊嘢出來玩.
