Chris --> Problem solved
Sympton : KK forgot to soldering the coil pin of that 2 relay.
Also, the AD1955 (Right channel is dry soldering) problem solved.

DYNA --> Problem solved
Wrong soldering of 2 resistors.

Macau --> Completed.

Angus Ha --> Completed

We will have one on one section, (30 min face to face) learning the measurement.

Complete the soldering and testing the PSU. (N/Fail)
Complete the drilling the hole for CASE and PCB. (N)
Complete mounting the AC Mains socket, RCA I/O (Y)
Wiring (N)
Basic test (N)
Measurement (N)

I am a lot behind.  Can I come on 1 November to finish the drilling work?

You are attend both CD + DAC (supplement lesson), and may be you discover my bandwidth is hard to take care 2 diff class together.

To be a professional and have a good teaching to classmate, I decide to spilt two class on SAT and SUN.

Just one point to clarify.  I did not attend any supplementary lesson.  For the "supplementary class" which I did come but my case is not available.  For the last lesson on 11 October, I don't think it is a supplementary class for DAC as it is the first time I got the case.  Never mind.  I will try to finish on 2 Nov.

11-SEP (Collect upgraded components in MK)
15-SEP (Bonus class for theory, also testing the board)
20-SEP (Lesson 2)
11-OCT (Bonus class, from 9:00AM to 12:00pm)
2-Nov (Final class)

Some of the student is complete their DAC at 11-SEP and perfect work in 20-SEP.

Some of the student still in sourcing components (fake or real) stage at 20-SEP.

One of the student is live in Macau but can complete at 20-SEP.

Some student using very large of size components may be damage the board (soldering pads)

Anyway, this is no problem la, our aims is make you happy during the DIY stage, any problem or issue will solved by us. But remember we should make it "Balance". A weighting between the time, resources, and the progress.

Also, we cannot say, after the final class, we will not support you. No, this is not our direction. We have a base line.

Dear KK Sir,

You are absolutely right.  I share your view that a balance should be kept, especially after experiencing the crowding and long waiting time at the "bonus class" on 11 October.  However, I think most of our classmates would agree that it is not a bonus class as most of us get the case on that day.  I do not mean to start a debate here but the stipulated course length is definitely not so realistic, not only DAC but also others.  I have attended 3 different classes by HiFi Fever so far and have the same observation.  Indeed, I really appreciate the extra effort by Modi Sir and you.  William may like to give some thought in this regard.

As I said, I really appreciate the extra effort by Modi Sir and you.  What I mean is as additional class is unaviodable in most cases as you said, it may be a good idea to formally extend the course lenght and get the dates pre-arranged.  It will also eliminate unnessary misunderstanding.

Last but not the least, I feel offended for your comment of 7*24*52 service.  As you can see from my previous messages, I did not mean to be offensive but unfortunately you may have read message negatively and take it offensive. Never mind. I hope this would be my last reply.

I need to clarify below:

We are announce any supplement class / normal class with atleast 1 week notice.

We can accept to have additional theory teaching class if you think the in-class teaching is not enough. (Example : 11-OCT DAC additional thoery class)

Also, will send a email (@hififever.com and your private email account) atleast 1 week before.

Also, we found some of the classmate will leave early in the class (happen in most of the course,due to their personal issue like meeting with boss, date with GF, wife, etc). It is no problem. But hope everyone understand the class also end with each SAT/SUN 11:00pm or later. Teacher still at teaching the DIY skill in class......

If some people feel is not enough time of made up class / supplement class, you can come to finish it at our up-coming class later. Hope you can understand, we are hard to organize a class which to fit into your own schedule / time.

There are 3 classmate reserve it and they not decide to purchase which type.

Anyway, first come first serve.
