希望這樣可以有多些時間給大家做好電源板和免除上堂時Debug的煩惱. KK 並會在
9月27日給各學員組裝評語. 讓大家下一次可以做得更好.

Upgrade parts is UPGRADE than the last time.
Some parts will not provide. A new parts is added....

We are continous improvement......

For those problems on CDPRO2/CDM9, without schematic seems hard to learning and figuring out the reasoning of components.

There are total 10 Resistors need to solder into the PCB.

Its too bad that need to short like this for the R102+R103 and R202+R203 since aldy fixed soldering on last week.
Its too short for this 2 resistors becos aldy cut after soldered.
KK could you pls teach how to fix, i've been try but its really too short
to solder again like photos.
Btw., from the list that for C64 should be WIMA but just got the default. Shall we hv WIMA for C64!

According to your components list of ultimate version of CDM9, the value of resistor R310 (Coaxial) is R115.  After I soldering all the resistors save for R310, I remain one resistor of which value is measured 100.08 ohm.  Please answer me if this resistor will be soldered in the location of R310.

IC 302 is for Clock regulator.

Balance output mode: (XLR socket)
R309 : 100 ohm
R310 : Empty
C66 : Empty

Un-balance mode : (RCA socket)
R309 : 470 ohm
R310 : 100 ohm
C66 : 0.01uF or say (10nF)

If we supply a wrong resistor or your resistor is wrong value, please let us know.

I want to know how to install IC1 (LM317T), IC102 (LT1085CT), IC202(LT1085CT) & IC302 (LT1085CT).  Now I have 4 coolers (1 small & 3 big), 3 screws, 3 rings & 3 導熱方形膠片.  Pls let me know ASAP.

Do I have to solder resisters to the copper connecting points on both of top & bottom of the board ?

TTZO,

IC102, 202, install on large heatsink, need to add isolated plate and plastic ring by M3 screw.

IC303 install on small heatsink, need to add isolated plate and plastic ring by M3 screw.

IC1 install on large heatsink, no need any isolation tools

Those heatsink have a 2 pin guide pin, need to fully insert into PCB.

For the soldering, only 1 side is enough. The PCB have plate through hole, which will connect top and bottom side.
