Had use sprague 10uf/50v once. The build is similar as your 1 but without the red colour (different model). The 1 i use is quite good build, wrap with solid plastic and quite heavy if compare with other e-cap in that size.
For the sound i didn't do much compare. It is quite good in detail/resolution (maybe slightly better) compare elna silmic but may slightly thinner than silmic.
