Question on convert 2 single channel opa become dual

Anybody have circuit diagram on convert 2 opa627 into a 8pin socket?

As we know for single channel opa:

PIN:
1) off set trim - actually for what??
2) - In
3) +In
4) V-
5) NC -for what?
6) output
7) V+
8) off set trim

does it mean that when we use 2 single channel opa, we will neglect the offset trim, nc (leave it open?) ?
then the coupling cap shall connect to which point? how about the V+ & V-? both V+ from the 2 op shall combine right?

if in my amplifier, the TL072 already have 2 coupling cap beside, do i still need to add 2 coupling cap when use single cahnnel opa like 627?
