Hi, may i know what type of speaker u use? what brand & model? bookshelf?? what your room size& shape?
here's some general idea but it may not applicable to all speaker.
Height - the ear level between tweeter & woofer
width - more apart wider sound stage but less focus in centre
distance from back - near to wall --> bass more but less detail &lest depth..
Toe in - some speaker need some angle of toe in
sitting position /distance - generall is a equal triange (both speaker +seat position.
I ask just for the normal Height, I had asked an audro shop and the sales told me that the 後置/後中置 should be locate around 1.5m(5 feets) height. any brother comments
It depends on how big your HT room is, of course, the shape too.
Usually I would put the center speaker a little above ear level, which is 5-6ft, preferably on a shelf, or properly mounted on the wall. Rear surround satellites should be slightly toed-in so they point to the audience in the center. Height can be a little higher than the rear channel center spk.
