change all the cap to BG n square light blue colour value 100nf, change to 0.1uf 50V BG NX-HIQ. will get better result.
Answer is right but high costs. I think replace the resistors is better than change caps.

Individual circuit for clock is better than only change clock but not much different.
I also use individual circuit for clock in my DAC photo photo before bule colour pcb. but the cost is high. Th votalge for clock around 5v is ok. if for individual circuit for clock between 10v and 12v.

the white botton an adjust the power of leaser head, you make the power high
so can read all cd la !!!!!!!!!!
don't make high power of leaser light to much, it may burn. be care.
In this condition your leaser head's life will be over coming half year, becare.
I suggect you buy one more leaser head for replacement later.

If you replace the same model no need to adjust normally.

I thick you cdp's leaser head is used Sony KSS 213Q or KSS 213C.
the best for replacement is replaced the same model, which is marked on the white colour botton.
the replacement can be done by ouself right. just unplug the cable, unscrew the laser head & repalce it right.

In my view, i feel ERO MKP 1845 is much better than WIMA MKP 10.

ERO MKP 1845 let the sound clear much.
the costs of ERO MKP 1845 0.1uf/1000V  is quit cheap for 2nd hand market in HK within HK$15 each.
Of cours,Jensen is the best. but very high costs.

Have you feel the heat problem in our cdp, when it play around 30 half hour, because tube is provided a lot of heat and the cdp no holes.

So i have made two holes 1"on the top of CDP33. the problem be solved.

ERO MKT 1813 sound is quit good, clear but MKP 1845 sound is smooth than MKT 1813.
MKT 1813 (polyester) is beter than solen old cap (PB-MKP-FC) I try both before.

I think may not better than FC, because the e-cap should be other package.
so colour have different, i think this is normal e-cap. The leg of this e-cap not as copper with tin.

1) In Hk,  don't ask where is cheap of Black gate e-cap, I only buy it from two places only: there are the dealer of black gate cap.
1.www.soundexplorer.com
2.Burch electroic co. in cental district of HK.

2. Jensen e-cap only one model just e-cap.  The sound of  Jensen e-cap is sweet than black gate. but black gate's bass is better than jensen, up to you. Price of black gate standard is cheap than jenaen.

3. I suggect use ERO MKP cap, its sound will be better that evox mmk.

You can try Analog device AD797 AH(Metal package) its sound compared with BB 627 AM (Metal package) is 人聲及中頻會好一些(有味道)但低頻都是 BB627AM好一些(低頻变及質感) up to your tasts.
I have used both in my MHZS CD33. finally I chosed BB 627 AM.
because CD 33 is tube cdp so is very match BB627AM's sound.

very easy to fixed, no problem. if you want to fixed, I will tell you how fixed and get electirc for it (9v)

as follow:
white colour (square area) for power supply for clock (9v)
green colour input signal
yellow colour  grouning.

I have try AD797 but no any problem occurred same to you. I thick just grounding problem.

BB 627 ap's sound is clear than 627BP but bass control is BB627BP better than BB627AP. this is my comment.

in HK BB627ap costs HK$50 each
         BB627bp costs HK$80 each
both 2nd hand goods.

2 coupling cap, u r using 0.1uF right? some are using BG0.47uF NH hi Q, which value Do u rcomend for 627bp? So using BG or other film foil cap better?

if use more value the bass will be stronge.
BG is very ok la!!!!!!!!!!!!
film foil cap must use high grade, then the cost will high than BG.
speed is fast than BG.
I suggect film foil cap. I am using Muscial Cap 0.1uf/400v now very good.

1. Changed the 2 solen scr cap 0.22uf 630v to jensen 0.22uf 630v copper foil
(golden colour in my photo) around $440. brand new, you can find 2 hand market around $300.
2. Changed 0.33uf of M-cap to jensen copper foil 0.33uf 630v siliver colour) which beside of the tubes cost around $250.
3. changed robyon 10uf/100v which behind of the tubes to Black-gate non polor 10uf/50v  (red colour ) around $90.
4. changed the e-cap of power supply.
5. lastly, add re-clock system bule colour pcb , which shown in my cd 33 photo costs around $200.

Because the gain of OP637 is great than 5, others is under gain 5.

so MHZS cd33 cannot use op637. OP627 is no this problem ,because its gain is under.

You say 637 only have sound from one channal. are you put one bp637 in IC socket. It should be wrong.
The op637 is 單聲道, so much two bp637 in ２轉１ IC socket like my posted before.

this 2to1 IC socket can get it from vocaviteaudio.com cost $10 to $15.
