2. What is your total value of Capacitor use?

1. Try to increase the heatsink.(size)
2. There are no protection circuit found in your machine. If the temperature is rising, the UCD mosfet is very easy to output a DC voltage to KILL your speaker.
3. You better to do :
a) adding a loudspeaker protector,
b) Increase the size of heatsink
c) Using the DC monitor circuit at output, when DC occur (usually over 3V, the power supply latch up and user need to FULLY power off device.) It is build into the rectifier board. Please contact us, we have that board.
4. I cannot found a power on soft mute and power off soft mute circuit inside your board. (we have that board which is combine into the main rectifier)
5. Reduce the total length of your speaker output cable.
