long time before, I have to said dogn CD player is Good.
1. Clock is one of the problem. DAC and CDT are not running the same clock. (2-in-1 box)
2. CDM-9 can be modified with caps and excellent wires. It is extremely difficult without your guidance and help.
3. a ture 75ohm interconnect / other form of perfect connection in between the CDT + DAC. (In our case, a true 75ohm digital wire should be used.)
4. still thinking (because the power supply is very great, the 碟震 is good, components are top class also...)作者: kk_ho 時間: 2008-6-27 01:44
5. Brushless motor
6. SRC
7. Isolated control of MCU to SERVO.

Just found out some interesting things on this CD transport. Don't know if there is anyone having the same experience:
1) You are in standby mode
2) Press <lay> button
3) Then press red <ower> button to power on CD transport as usual
Let me call this hidden mode. The sound stage is a bit different from normal. The difference is larger especially if not re-clock. It will resume back to normal mode once you power off by main switch or power off to standby mode.
To my setup, this hidden mode seems giving more details with warmer feeling. However, some copied CDs cannot be read properly. Is this hidden mode an undocumented feature on the servo part?

Yes, it is hidden mode, but most CDR cannot be read. Also poor original disc.
