SOme comment:

1. Please use more solder point for mouting the Input pin. (not floating)

2. For the 0.01uF, if you are using "large" size, pay attention to this.

3. If you are using RMG, please re-draw the diagram, seem your tube size is >> than your R many time.

4. You can place the 22uF / 250V decoupling cap in between two tube, if you can find the cap is AXIAL lead(i.e. 2 lead at each side), it is easily to place. Like Jensen Cap, BC, etc)
