抱歉，剛看不到此題目，開了個新的。

我想報名參加五月份初級線路版製作班，但怎報名呢??是否click入連結裡面，將該製作班像購物形式般放入購物車呢?而付款方面在何時呢?

昨天又腐蚀了两块，显影液浓度略低了些，显影时间长点，效果有所改善。

好像是在曬板時沒有壓實？邊化了！

學費包括 :

Headphone Amp套件
火牛
一個靚靚機箱
Lecture for PCB making.
Lecture for PCB layout technique. (Espcially in Audio and Power supply desing).
Real Practical for PCB etching process, each of the student need to complete the PCB etching and use that PCB for the headphone amp use.

PCB etching board include:
Headphone amp board
Power rectifier board and Voltage regulator using LM317T.


After complete the course, you can DIY your PCB at home. We are using the tools which is common find in the Apliu Street and "Japan home shop", so no any "impossible" tools need.

For this course, any syllabus on the whole 2 days course, it's difficult to arrange it on 2 days.  I would join part of it.

No problem, you can join part of the session and you will still learn a lot. Also we can support if you have any problem when making your PCB at home

Schedule :

1. DIY PCB etching process (home edition)
    Each student need to make their own PCB, and use in the headphone amplifier.


2. PCB routing technique. (High speed, Audio, Video, Digital)
Include the Grounding technique to min. the ground noise and AM sound feeling.

2.1 Willing teaching the LM317 / 337 voltage regulator, student can be DIY the module using in the tube amp.

3. PCB routing using computer software.
    Student can download the Legal FREE version on web.

4.  Circuit operation and basic electronic theory.

5. We are using headphone for teaching, it consist of EMI filter, Voltage rectififer and regulator board,  and the Main amplifier board.
All circuit are located at same PCB. Size 75mm x 125mm.

6. Building the headphone amp board in the metal case.  Mechnical technique will be learning.

7. Assemble, measuring and testing process will be done by each student in the class.
