70mm 高度(矮)机箱,方便放置, 机箱底部可安裝抽氣扇,把放在下面的AV amp 熱氣帶走
左右散熱器設計,吾駛"焗冷氣"
左右音道獨立R-Core 變壓器, 比環型牛更優勝
左右音道獨立整流電源板,每音道用上共96,000uF 音頻專用大水塘電容及工業級電流(80A)負荷整流子
內置輸出檢測,有DC流經揚聲器輸出,主電源馬上停止供電(<0.2uS), 確保揚聲器安全,同時喇叭輸出不再經過speaker protection relay, 聲音更上一層樓
軟起動裝置,即使使用超級大水塘,也可以使用2A fuse, inrush 電流也不會幹掉fuse
四音道裝置,其中二音道是UCD400HG-HXR, 另外二音道是UCD400HG
(方便比試)

其中UCD400HG-HXR 再全摩主板電容(非常危險及高難度,技術吾夠,主板立即告廢)

Specification:
400W/channel UCD Class D, can be use for AV amp or tube preamp, or AD1955 KII (Variable digital volume control, no need preamp)
430mm W x 70mm H x 300mm D (Ultra slim chassics)
Over 20KG.

Construction:
Pre-drilling hole for DIY beginner, you only need to drill 4 holes for UCD PCB. (We found the UCD PCB with heatsink have some tolerance, which will affect the PCB mounting holes.
Left and Right heat sink mount at chassics for thermal consideration.
2 x 300W R-CORE (42V x 2 + 12V x 2) 42V for UCD power stage, 12V for Opamp stage in UCD.
Can install total 4 UCD 400 in one chassics. OR
Intall 2 UCD 400 + 1 TI (300W + 300W) Class D.

UCD400 amplifier:
Pre modify all of the capacitor to ELNA SILMIC II Super Audio grade capacitor. (Modify work done by KK and labour charge into the fee).
NS LM4562 op-amp onboard, no need to modify.

Power Supply Stage:
2 x 300W R-CORE for 2 channel. (Yamaha DSP-Z11 give you a 500VA EI transformer for support 13 channel amplifier + DSP board).
15,000uF x 8 ELNA Audio capacitor.
DC detection pin to aviod DC output in your speaker, once detect the DC over 3V, the power supply will shutdown to prevent damage to your speaker, traditional speaker protector is the speaker output pass through the RELAY, the magnetic field will affect the audio quality. We use sampling method to detect the DC happen in Speaker terminal.
Power off turn mute to UCD,
Additional Jensen 4 pole power supply board (with above feature) also available.

Soft start
Hypex soft start module to protect the inrush current.
Provide 2 kind of power on sequence : Hard switch or Tach switch.
Front Mains power switch, easy to let user switch off the machine for no longer use. A soft switch will install at the center of the panel.

Target DIYer:
1. Can support just plug and play, Diyer only assemble the board to chassics and connect the wire, Drilling 4 hole only (assume 2 x UCD)
2. Can support semi Diyer, Diyer only assemble the power supply board (SMD components pre soldering.)
3. Full complete unit (Ask).

What inside of Marantz MM8003?

MM8003は、実用最大出力220W（6Ω）の電流帰還型アナログパワーアンプを8チャンネル搭載。アンプ基板はSR9600のボクサー7と同様、水平対向配置されており、「ボクサー8」と名付けられている。

入力端子は、RCAとXLRを各8端子ずつ装備。ほかにDCトリガー入出力、IRフラッシャー入力、RC-5リモートバス入出力なども備え、ホームオートメーションやAV8003との電源連動などに対応する。

電源部には、積層コア、珪素鋼板コアリングを採用した、強力な大型トロイダルトランスを搭載。ブロックケミコンは、50,000μF×2というクラス最大級の大容量を誇る、音質を吟味した特注品を採用している。

MA-9S2にも搭載された高性能オーディオ用パワートランジスターや、銅製のバスバーの採用により高音質化。また、パワーアンプブロックからスピーカー出力までの信号経路を最短化し、輻射ノイズの低減や信号純度の維持を図っている。

そのほか、高品位なコンデンサー、高性能オーディオ用パワートランジスター、ショットキーバリアダイオードなどを採用。シャーシはAV8003と同じく銅メッキが施され、低インピーダンス化することでグラウンド電位を安定させ、ノイズ低減を図っている。

100% absolute no need to drill any hole. All holes (include heatsink hole) are pre-open by me.

I made one "template" and use for master copy. Including Front panel Soft power switch.

People only assemble the PSU board (no SMD), and making their connection wire. As you know, most people will use CRAZY cable.
