After change the 3.9K resistor at the power supply for the cathode, found punch increased, bass tightened and much more details. Seek Kit Sir for a trial. You wl be amazed.

Sorry, I don't know the brandname, only know it's 'coil' type resistor.

It should be 3.9K resistor. Sorry for misleading.

I like to try the same too. Can you post some photos? or tell me the brand name and the rating (how many W? The original one is 5W)?
