I got a reply from the owner too.  The price is in USD.  Can't be sure everything is for real or not.  Best thing to do is to communicate with him via email or have someone you know in Indonesia to check it out.

I asked the address in Indonesia so I can visit it and I go for business trip later. Then they stop communicat with me at all.
