How to make a adapter for OPA

I want to replace OPA2604 to OPA627 for my CDP, I know many netmates have done it. I don't know what parts and their value ( caps, resistors) I need to buy,and What brand and type of OPA627 it the best.

Thanks to everyone given me any suggestion.

But I saw that the adapters of the Netmates this forum all have some caps on them.
