LME49811 with Sanken STD03N/03P

Beside ON Semi ThermalTrak, I am also using Sanken STD03N/03P with LME49811. STD03N/03P is similar to the ThermalTrak with embedded thermal compensation diodes. It makes thermal tracking much better than conventional Vbe multiplier. STD03N/03P are used in Musical Fidelity AMS50 Class A amplifier.

I will make some measurements and then build another unit for listening test.

昨天測試把靜態電流提升至 600 mA 左右，這是作 Class A 的熱身準備。在這靜態電流下工作了好一段時間，散熱器的溫度有 50 C，但一切安好。測試繼續中…
