For instance, HK Electric Co. provides 220V +/- 6% under normal condition. If our meter shows 207 ~ 233 V, it is okay. Do you have another meter (DVM) to counter check your isolation transformer's meter?

I got same answer from HK Electric Co, voltage always show 233~237.
I am going to buy a more accurate multitesterto chk.
This 隔離牛 is fine to me
- not generate heat
- sound stable
- improve 弱音
