如以天文台的預測來看，本港受烈風吹襲的機率又未至於低至20%吧！沒錯，黑格比的確越來越往西走，但最少仍有丁點兒向北的份量吧！
對於越走越快的黑格比，相信天文台目前最頭痛的時到底本港會否受到烈風影響。如有，到底何時開始。如依天文台的預測，黑格比會於23日下午2時移至本港東南偏南250公里左右，雖然以杜鵑來比較可能不太合適，但杜鵑襲港時天文台在杜鵑移至距港240公里時改發八號。到晚上八時黑格比會在距港約220公里左右擦過，這個位置上最令天文台頭痛。香港在黑格比的危險半圓內，晚間初期會轉吹東南風，天文台會否博到盡？假若估中真的高速掠過，相安無事；假若估唔中，明晚收工後數以百萬上班一族歸家途中十分狼狽。

2 hour in the bus. At least you are on the bus ... can zzz..zzzz...zzz
My wife went out to work this morning at 8:45am, waited 30 mins for #13 bus. NOTHING. Everyone in the queue left and hurried for other transportation.
I have to go down and drive her to the office. Still 15 mins late at work.
