My first tube amplifier
My first tube amplifier is Melody SP3 brought from Hit Audio(膽皇音響), but sold already. My first Hi-Fi CD player is Cayin SACD SCD-50T brought from AV Gala (影音居), but sold already. My first DAC is LITE DAC-AM brought from Vocative Audio, but still using.I met the bosses from all three HiFi shops and discussed their opinions about audio equipment because I am an outsider (局外人). I become very friendship with sales of Hit Audio in Central and sales of AV Gala in Mongkok because I have brought a lot of things from them previously.
My comments to the tube amplifier and tube CD player are good and I still recommend people to use them. I re-sold them because my sound taste is changed after listening to Jeff Rowland and then brought LITE DAC-AM. I am now using DVD player + LITE DAC-AM + Denon AV amplifier. After 6 months run-in time, the LITE DAC-AM performs very good with deep sound contrast and I like my system currently. My next step is looking forwards to DIY a complete HiFi system step by step.
