VT60 裝機報告

1. 檢查包裝上有無多料, 缺料, 錯料

2. 檢查底板上有無開路, 短路

3. 分類
   電阻
   電容
   二極管
   15V 穩壓二極管
   7808穩壓IC TO-220封裝
   IRF830 MOSFET TO-220封裝
   穩壓管LM329 TO-92封裝
   MPSA42 三極管

4. 先焊二極管, 1N4007

5. 焊二極管, 1N916B x 2pcs

6. 焊二極管, 1N4740A

7. 焊二極管, 1N5359A

8. 焊15V 穩壓二極管, 1N5535A

最重要 5-8 項目, 因二極管編號超細, 尤其焊15V 穩壓二極管, 焊錯通電粒 op-amp 肯定玩完
吾怕, 我會教你及幫你檢查的

9. 焊電阻

10. 焊小電容

11. 焊IRF830 MOSFET, 中間乃body為 Drain 腳, 即使散熱片接觸同一點中間腳的線路, 也沒有問題

12. 焊WIMA電容, 焊之前, 可用 "他表" (Analog multimeter)作簡單性能測試

C26, 2.2uF 400V.

Size is that one. You can compare the size of C4.

1/2 size of 4.7uF, similar.

Get Infineon SPA11N60C3

Spec :
SPA = Full plastic package
11 = 11A
N = N channel
60 = 600V VDS
C3 = Infineon 3'rd generation

Much improve the switching loss in power supply stage !

IRF 830 is 1.5ohm RDS on
SPA11N60C3 is 0.38ohm RDS on !!! approx 4 times lower than IRF830
